Shares of many of the world's large companies trade on the U.S. OTC Markets (OTCQX and OTCQB). They are hard to reach for investors outside the U.S. and only move during U.S. market hours. WANNA aims to lower those limits of time and borders by representing these equities as tokens.

Tokens are created against real OTC tickers and follow a compliance-oriented token standard.

Orders are accepted and matched even when U.S. markets are closed — limit, market, stop, OCO and more.

Tokens issued on-chain, the exchange ledger and custody balances — anyone can see whether the three books match.
